Clinical Counsellor

WORKS WITH AGES 12+

Therapy that moves at your pace, with you at the center.

Starting therapy or even considering it can feel vulnerable, overwhelming, or uncertain. Reaching out for support often comes with mixed emotions, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to begin this process.

I have experience working with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. I believe healing happens through connection, both with others and within ourselves. My approach is relational, grounded in trust and mutual respect, and always guided by your unique needs and lived experiences. Together, we’ll create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and attuned to a pace that works for you!

I am trained in EMDR therapy, trauma-informed practices, and nervous system-focused modalities, which I integrate thoughtfully to support your healing in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

I have a special interest in working with clients seeking trauma-informed care, as well as those navigating people-pleasing patterns, intellectualizing, attachment wounds, and the lasting impacts of adverse childhood experiences.

It would be an honour to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. Please reach out to me if you have any additional questions or to book a free 15 min consultation!
