Clinical Counsellor

WORKS WITH AGES 12+

I believe that meaningful connections are at the heart of counselling. As a mother of two and a wife, I bring both professional experience and lived understanding of the joys and challenges of family, relationships, and life transitions. I take a gentle, individualized approach, supporting adults, teens, and children who are experiencing neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, difficulties regulating emotions, or are seeking direction in life. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.

With 20 years of experience as an educator, I have worked with a wide range of students and families, giving me a strong understanding of community supports, developmental needs, and the many factors that influence personal growth. I focus on the whole person—the mind, body, and emotions, helping clients explore their past, navigate the present, and plan for the future in a way that honors their strengths and individuality. I walk alongside my clients with compassion and support, helping them build resilience, confidence, and meaningful change in their lives.
