Change is constant, just like growth.
As society evolves, so do we. Change can be painful, unexpected, and overwhelming. But it can also bring incredible opportunities for healing and transformation. Whether you're re-narrating your future or shifting the lens through which you see your past, you're taking a powerful step toward self-understanding and empowerment.
You're not alone in this journey. With the right support and guidance, you can learn, grow, and build the tools needed to face life’s hardest moments. It may feel daunting, but you don’t have to go through it alone - I'm here to walk alongside you.
I support individuals, couples, and families navigating many different areas of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, medical field trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, addictions, people-pleasing, perinatal/postnatal counselling, anger management, trauma, and suicide prevention.
Using approaches like EMDR, somatic experiencing, CBT, DBT, narrative, person-centred, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based therapies, I tailor our work to your unique needs. My goal is to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and able to move forward with greater confidence and direction.
Let’s face the hard stuff together and grow through what you go through.
