WORKS WITH AGES 16+

I understand that everyone faces life’s ups and downs, but no one should have to navigate those challenges alone. I know how much courage it takes to reach out for support, and my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you’re met with empathy, respect, and genuine compassion.

As an advocate for mental health, equity, and inclusion, I’m passionate about ensuring that everyone has access to the support they need to thrive. My work in the disability sector has deepened my appreciation for the unique strengths each person brings and the diverse ways people experience the world. I approach every story with openness and understanding, honouring your lived experience as we work together.

I offer individual counselling, EMDR therapy, and couples counselling, and I tailor each session to your needs, goals, and pace. My hope is to walk alongside you as you find clarity, healing, and meaningful change.
