Art Therapist

WORKS WITH AGES 6+

Some things are hard to talk about, and sometimes there are no words. I am an art psychotherapist working with children, adolescents, and adults to explore emotions, thoughts, and experiences through creative expression. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can use art to process trauma, navigate challenges, and build self understanding at your own pace.

Creating art allows both children and adults to safely express things that are confusing, overwhelming, or sometimes hidden. It can help to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and make better sense of your inner world.

I tailor each session to the client’s needs, goals, and comfort level. During some sessions, the art may be your only voice, while in others we will colour or paint while you talk. I will always meet you where you are.

But, do I need to be an artist? No, you only need to be curious and open to the process.

Stick people have feelings too!
